Vlieseline Solufix is a water-soluble, self-adhesive embroidery stabiliser - ideal as a temporary reinforcement for fabrics that are embroidered with a machine or by hand. Also useful for small patchwork projects. Suitable for all types of fabrics that are washable and sewable, especially for stretch fabrics. The self-adhesive backing is made from 100% polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL), a water-soluble synthetic polymer, and weighs 67g/m2. Available in beige. 

PROCESSING VLIESELINE SOLUFIX

Apply the desired embroidery motif to the rough side of a piece of Solufix, remove the film and apply the adhesive side to the right side of the fabric (do not use an iron!). Now embroider the motif. Dissolve the embroidery backing afterwards in cold or lukewarm water - no residue will remain.
